André was born in Bragança, Portugal, but at the age of five, he moved with his parents to France. He grew up in Paris, where he lived for 35 years and built a solid career at a major bank in the French capital.

Despite professional stability, the desire to return to his roots and create something of his own was stronger. When he reached out to us, he already had a clear idea: to open a restaurant in Lisbon with a unique concept — specializing exclusively in high-quality cheese and charcuterie boards.

Our role was to turn that vision into reality. We helped André structure a solid business plan, aligned with the demands of the national market, and supported him throughout the bank financing process. In just two weeks, the financing was approved.

Today, André’s restaurant is itself a success story. It is an authentic space, with a strong identity, that wins over both Lisbon locals and tourists every day.
