Often as business leaders we feel alone, confused and having difficulty sharing our problems and asking for help. We have big challenges in our startups like automate processes, select the right people for the team, build the expansion plan and so on…
It was because of this that, with our experience of dozens of years dealing with entrepreneurs and startups, we decided to create a CEO incubator, which at this stage will translate into the creation of a GROUP of CEOs, leaders of startups with up to 5 years of activity.

Let’s explain better what we’re building…
First: What is the startup CEO incubator?
It is a group of leaders with up to 5 years of activity on their startup, who will meet online monthly to share their main difficulties and business challenges and get help from group colleagues, with guidance from an experienced business mentor.
In this first phase, the group will be restricted to only 10 magnificent members.
Second: What are the main objectives of this group?
1.COOPERATION
Group members will share their business experiences and help each other in the main challenges and difficulties of their startups.
2.INTERNATIONALIZATION OF MARKETS
The group members will cooperate in the expansion and internationalization of their startups to international markets.
3.NETWORKING
The group members will put their contacts to help colleagues and be helped so that everyone can benefit and grow faster.

Third: Who is the mentor and group’s leader?
Marlene Tinoco – CEO of Lisboa Investments
Marlene is the founder and CEO of Lisboa Investments. It has helped create dozens of national and international startups. She was a management consultant for several companies.
She holds a degree in Mathematics and a Graduate Degree in Management from the Nova School of Business & Economics. She’s a mother, loves to travel the world and is passionate about adventure sports.
Fourth, when are you going to start the group?

Fifth: What will you have access to in this Incubator for CEOs?
– 1 online session per month lasting from 2h and 30 minutes to 3 hours, in group, for 6 months.
– 2 individual mentoring and consulting sessions: 1-1 with Marlene Tinoco
– Private group on WhatsApp
-Meeting/Face-to-face dinner at the end of the program*
