This incentive allows companies to get financial support for direct presence in online channels, such as creating online stores, adhering to marketplaces or developing online promotion campaigns.
– Creation of online store.
– Registration and access fee during the execution of the project in Marketplaces
-Acquisition of equipment and software related to the implementation of the e-commerce project.
-Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Advertising (SEA): improvement of the presence and ranking of e-commerce websites in search results, search engines, by keywords relevant to the notoriety and traffic of each site.
– Social Media Marketing: Design, implementation and optimization of presence, and interaction with customers via social networks.
– Content Marketing: creation and distribution of digital content (short text, long text, images, animations, or videos) aimed at capturing attention and attracting target customers to the offers marketed by the company.
– Display Advertising: placement of ads for the company on third-party websites, including search engine results pages.
– Mobile Marketing: translation of the strategies entered in the previous points for viewing and interaction of customers on mobile devices, namely smartphones and tablets.
– Business Intelligence and Web Analytics: collection, treatment, analysis, and visualization of large volumes of data generated from the navigation and interaction of customers in digital environment in order to identify patterns, correlations and relevant knowledge that robust management and decision-making processes.
– Online Advertising.
-Specialized human resources, directly related to the implementation of the international e-commerce project.
The support to be granted takes the form of a non-reimbursable incentive, calculated by applying a 50% fee to eligible expenditure.
-Being an SME
-Have SME status (obtain electronic certification by IAPMEI)
-Have the net positive situation in the year prior to the application
-Perform the previous E-commerce diagnosis (provided by AICEP) and obtain a final score equal to or greater than 20 points.
-Other
There are also minimum and maximum eligible expenditure thresholds:
€10,000 and €25,000, for projects framed in the typology “New Exporters”.
€25,000 and €85,000, for projects framed in the typology “More Markets”.
